Eislynn Wines is a small business that operates primarily as a one woman show (my husband is my accountant and cheerleader, my dog is my cellar hand and soulmate). It was born out of a need to have something that was completely mine, soup to nuts, where I could make wine in a way that aligned with what I believe in: community, kindness, and responsibility.

The grapes I purchase are farmed organically or biodynamically, from farmers who respect their workers. My use of AI is minimal at most in order to avoid the air pollution and water usage that go hand in hand with AI. The only addition my wines see are small sulfur additions, ensuring you know what you’re getting when you purchase a bottle to share with friends (or drink alone, I’m no gatekeeper to a good time).

Eislynn is my middle name, chosen by my mother based on the main character in the raunchy romance novel she was reading while pregnant with me. Despite the names’ elegant appearance, the origin is pure smut.
